Start with the guidance below for sign-in, saved data, providers, billing, and account controls. SkySage is decision support; airlines and loyalty programs remain the source of truth for booking and account servicing.

Return to the workspace and choose Sign in with ChatGPT. SkySage does not have a separate password to reset.
A setup-needed, unavailable, or empty provider can be a real service state. Use the public sample while live coverage is unavailable.
Remove searches, balances, or trips individually, disconnect a provider, or delete all stored SkySage data from your profile.
The saved workspace requires a current ChatGPT sign-in. Complete that flow, then return to the workspace. The public sample on the SkySage home page does not require a SkySage profile.
There is no separate SkySage password. Use the official ChatGPT account-recovery or support flow for ChatGPT sign-in problems.
Sign out of ChatGPT when finished. Reset the public demo or clear browser site data to remove the sample state saved on that device.
Confirm you are signed in, refresh once, and retry. If the workspace reports that storage is unavailable or not initialized, your edits may not have been saved; preserve the exact message in your report.
Remove that program balance and add the corrected whole-number balance. Manual and linked balances are intentionally shown as separate sources.
Each manual balance and saved search has its own remove action. Saved itineraries and their private photos can be removed from Trips. To remove the full saved workspace, use Delete all SkySage data in your profile. This does not delete your ChatGPT account.
That provider is not configured for the current deployment. The message is a service-availability state, not a problem with your ChatGPT account. The public sample remains available without live providers.
Check that the airports are different three-letter codes, the departure is not in the past, the return is later than departure, and the traveler count is between 1 and 9. A valid search can still return no inventory or only partial provider coverage.
Prices and inventory are time-sensitive. Reprice cash fares and verify award space with the airline or loyalty program before booking or transferring points. SkySage does not control provider inventory.
Live connection depends on provider approval and server-side configuration. Keep using manual balances until the workspace reports that linking is ready.
Use Disconnect in the loyalty-connections section. SkySage removes the connection and its synced balances; your AwardWallet account itself is not deleted.
Stop. SkySage should never ask for one. Do not submit it, and report the page and exact behavior using the guidance below.
Google Photos and OneDrive linking requires provider OAuth credentials for this deployment. Private SkySage albums can still be used when photo storage is active. SkySage only uploads photos you explicitly choose or capture.
No. SkySage prepares flight-aware pickup details and a tentative calendar reminder. Continue to Uber or Lyft to confirm the pickup, price, availability, cancellation terms, and booking.
SkySage removes the connection token and stops future provider uploads. Photos already added to Google Photos or OneDrive remain there until you remove them in that provider.
No. The public SkySage Value Check is not a plan and never starts checkout. A charge can begin only after you deliberately choose Trip Pass or SkySage+ and continue to Stripe-hosted checkout.
A paid plan button sends you to Stripe-hosted checkout, where Link acts as seller of record. Do not enter card or bank details into a SkySage Workspace or support field. SkySage does not receive or store your full card or bank-account number.
A canceled checkout does not activate a plan or change your existing access. After a completed checkout, SkySage confirms payment server-side before showing paid access as active. If confirmation is still processing, keep the visible status and avoid starting a second checkout.
Once billing is enabled, signed-in SkySage+ members can choose Manage billing to open Stripe's hosted billing flow. Managed Payments customers can also review orders and manage subscriptions through Link. A cancellation must be confirmed in the hosted flow; deleting workspace data does not cancel billing.
Choose one named saved trip before checkout. Every leg, stay, ride, and itinerary day in that trip is covered for 30 consecutive days after confirmed activation. Trip Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Duplicating or deleting the covered trip does not move or extend its pass.
SkySage support is handled through the ChatGPT conversation from which you opened or received the site. Return to that conversation and include:
Do not include passwords, payment details, full loyalty-account numbers, API keys, access links, or recovery codes.
